I had a small issue with my order and reached out to customer service. To be fair, when they finally replied the next day, they were nice and explained everything clearly without making it confusing.
That said, the slow first response definitely stood out to me more than anything. They did fix the issue in the end, but I spent a while wondering if anyone had even seen my message, so I’d say the service was good overall but not as quick as I’d hoped.

I ordered a medium and it fits nicely overall. The waist is just a little tighter than I expected, and the sleeves are a bit long on me. I’ve had similar fits with this style before, so it wasn’t a huge surprise, but it’s still comfortable enough to wear.

The product itself feels really solid and looks nice, so I’m happy with the quality. That said, the experience around it wasn’t great, and I expected at least a simple apology.

I thought this was going to be better, especially for what it cost. It looked really nice online, so I was expecting something that felt a bit more premium... but once it arrived, I was kind of let down.
The quality isn’t terrible or anything, it’s just very average. And that’s the thing, I’ve bought similar stuff for less, so I kept wondering why this one was priced so high. Nothing about it really stood out to me.
Maybe other people had a different experience, and that’s fine. But for me, it just didn’t feel worth the money at all. I don’t think I’d order it again

The site looks okay at first, and I guess it does the job. I was able to get around eventually, but finding what I needed took longer than I expected. Pages loaded fine, so that was a plus, but overall it still felt a little clunky. Not terrible, just not as easy as I’d hoped.

My order showed up much later than expected, and the wait was frustrating. I reached out to support, but the replies felt like copy-paste messages that didn’t really address the delay. Not the best experience...

I had to return one item because the sizing didn’t work out for me. the process was straightforward, which I appreciated because returns can sometimes be a hassle. The refund showed up after a few days, so it wasn’t instant, but it also didn’t feel like a big issue. Overall, I’d still feel comfortable ordering from them again...
